Cool Webz

Nostalgia Kids Sites

My absolute favorite place on the internet, it has several functioning nostalgic kids sites from the early 00's and 10's. I don't even remember how I found it, and if many people even know about it, so I had to share it here.

Blinkies Cafe

If you aren't familiar with pixel art, this is a great website to make your own blinkies! Just pick a template and start typing.

Queer Music Heritage

The sites description sums it up quite well:

"From January 2000 until March 2015 "Queer Music Heritage" was both a radio show and a website, and the goal of both was to preserve and share the music of our culture. It has become the resource on the net for the history of LGBT music. Each month's page gives the playlist and additional pages of info, and you can stream or download every show; there's over 580 hours of programming available. This is a deep site, covering over 2000 pages. Thanks for your support over the years"

I found the site difficult to navigate personally, but it does have a search function, so if there's something specific you're looking for, it shouldn't be to difficult to find.

Ghouls Archive

This is an amazing archive containing content from all three generations of Monster High, it even has the movies and games for free, which is incredible because some of the G1 content is not available anymore through offcial sources. I've personally downloaded one of the G1 games through there, since it was removed from steam, and when I eventually get around to having a Monster High G1 movie marathon, I will definitely go to this site for that.

SpaceHey

If you wanna live your life like its 2005, this is a must-have social platorm. The forums are very quiet, but people are fairly active, and it's userbase is still growing. I have several friends who post bulletins daily, so people are definetly frequenting the site, you just need to friend the right people. Plus the people who've messaged me have always been really kind and cool, and It's a great alternative to regular social media, since it's not overwhelming or constanlty shoving advertisements in your face.

Club Penguin Journey

One of the best rewritten club penguin games, it's frequently updated and the community is pretty chill.

Peckin' Pixels

Every now and then I come back to replay this itch game, it's simple and quick but super addicting!

Micro Therapy

I overthink a lot, and this little itch game can sometimes ground me in the moment when I'm worrying to much about embarrasing things I've said.

PokeFarm

Discovered this web game through Quotev when I was 9, I just like collecting pokemon and decorating my fields with them, but there is an objective if you want to play the game properly.

PawD

I found this game when I was a pre-teen, if you like RPGs and furries/animals you'll probably enjoy this game. Since the death of flash the game now requires a download, but if that doesn't bother you I think you should give it a try.

Netro World

My dad showed me this economy web game when I was 14, he said he used to play it a lot when he was younger. I was never any good at it, but maybe you'll have better luck!

Furcadia

Another one my dad showed me, this time when I was 13, and coincidentally my father was also 13 when he first played it haha. It's not very active, and most people online are OGs who are AFK in rooms chatting with their friends on Discord, but its still fun to play with the character creator and run around. However it does requires a download, so maybe not worth it.

SPACEPLAN

Recommended from a random reddit user when I was trying to find web games to play, it's just a simple idle clicker.

Dragon Court: Revived

My parents and several other family members played this RPG a lot, my mom was actually super excited when she saw it was still around [though a revive] and started playing it again. I don't have much to say about the game though, since I haven't played it myself, but figured it'd be a good one to put on this list.

JK Buckner

My mother is working on her own neocities website!
